I took my kids to the ‘Create an Emoji’ workshop they put on. I wanted to have my kids do this workshop for a guided experience at exploring pro create. My 13 year old is quite artistic but was pretty hesitant to take part in the class. But Manuel, the rockstar star staff member running the workshop, was a total pro!!! He subtly put an iPad by my kid incase he changed his mind (which he eventually did) and gave him compliments and kept him engaged. He struck the perfect balance of giving my kid space, and encouraging him with no pressure. Anyway, I was so impressed with Manuel and I hope his boss sees this! I had a disappointing experience at the Apple Store. The store was not busy, yet no one approached or even acknowledged me, despite seeing me waiting for assistance. I was there to ask about a MacBook upgrade and needed technical support, but I was completely ignored.
A simple greeting or letting me know someone would be with me shortly would have been appreciated. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I expected much better customer service from Apple.

I came in with an issue with my orange
iPhone 17 Pro Max. I purchased it on April 4th through my phone provider, and the phone slowly turned half pink. I went through Apple support, and they booked me in to come see a technician.
I came in today and had lovely Adrian help me. This man was very attentive and ready to help me, as I haven’t even had my phone for three months. I was covered through my device’s warranty, but Adrian made it such a smooth experience and helped me get my phone fixed the very same day.
Adrian deserves a gold star, I wish we had more customer service workers like him
