A battery that had been installed in the past died and wouldn’t take a charge (this is something that happens occasionally - nothing to do with the shop itself), Brandon was happy to exchange it at no charge under the warranty - zero attitude or headache.I worked here over a decade ago pumping gas before going into the mechanical trades myself. The staff are phenomenal and have stayed throughout the years, a sign of a good business. I looked over my grandfathers service records and was very impressed by the extremely fair billing and sound advice he was provided, never any upselling or overcharging.I’d highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a honest/skilled mechanic on the peninsula, they are worth the drive even if you live in Victoria!“
