A very welcoming atmosphere at OK Tire on Oldfield Road and clean, comfortable waiting room, coffee and excellent reception staff. The mechanic who installed new tires on my car is very knowledgeable, taking his time explaining to me. Very professional and excellent service.
I went here to get a flat tire fixed. The cost was $48 after tax, which I thought was reasonable.
I liked how the mechanic showed me what had caused the puncture, something I didn't expect but appreciated. It made the service feel higher quality.
It took exactly 1 hour with an appointment. The only thing I didn't like is that I was told 30 to 45 minutes. I don't really care how long it takes, but I don't like waiting around well after the estimated time. Better to overestimate and just tell customers it can take up to an hour.
I went to Kal Tire last year for the same service, and I like OK Tire better.
The guys that work here are great! They take the time to answer my questions, and never try to pressure me into getting something done that doesn’t need doing. They advise me in advance of what will be coming up in the future. Very honest and hardworking. Thank you for consistent great service.
