I have been bringing my cat here for a few years now and have had a really great experience each time. The team at RAPS is empathetic, thorough, and knowledgeable. Before my cat's dental procedure, I had some concerns about anesthesia, so the doctor who was going to do the procedure called me to answer any questions I had. I felt like we were very well taken care of, and my cat had a great recovery. On top of that, the team is always finding ways and giving me options to save money, which makes it a more affordable than other hospitals I have been to.
I've been a client at RAPS Animal Hospital since around when they first opened, and with 10 years experience as a vet assistant myself, this clinic greatly exceeds expectations. All the doctors and support staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My cats, both past and present, have always been treated very nicely and with true patience and understanding, despite when one of them gets grumpy during her appointments. The clinic facilities are always upkept and hygienic, with the exam rooms and waiting area offering a spacious environment for pets and a pleasant design to the eyes.
