“I was trying to arrange purchasing my mom a bouquet of flowers while residing in another province today & the woman who answered the phone and assisted me was SO kind and SO helpful. She sent me all the photos of what they had available in store and the associated prices. I was able to pick a big beautiful bright pink bouquet for my mom from the photos. They were able to facilitate the payment over the phone and send me the receipt. I had a courier pick them up & deliver them to my mom and she loved them!! The bouquet was $50 but it was large and diverse and beautiful so I believe it was great value for the price.“

“Lovely flowers and very nice people! I recently went in to buy two ready-made bouquets. They had a small selection that looked fresh and lasted quite well on the counter. I realized when I got back to work that I didn't have a receipt (I think it fell out of my pocket) and called them to see if I could come back in to get a copy. They just confirmed my mobile number and texted me a receipt 5 minutes later. Great service! We will definitely use these florists again!“

“Just got my purchase from this florist today and they are amazing. I think previously I bought a beautiful custom arrangement from them a few years ago, but forgot about this place until recently when I was in the neighborhood. It's a great shop that might seem a bit discreet despite being on Granville street however, I had an amazing experience. Initially, I went in only to browse and because I plant I saw from walking past the shop on the street that stood out. I was greeted and helped by a very helpful Brazilian gentleman that was able to troubleshoot all my concerns and provide quick and timely solutions. I was ordering a really large plant and wasn't able to carry it and had to be someone where else, but he was able to quickly answer all my questions, iron out all the details and help get me in and out when I didn't think they would be able to solve all my concerns and didn't think I would follow through with making the order in such a quick and easy manner. He and every other staff member I spoke to from his colleagues that were around helping and the delivery person, were all extremely friendly, extremely kind, very engaging and really value their customers. I was really impressed by the customer service from the people here. The deliver was straight forward and it seems like deliveries are contactless deliveries (but that could be from the nature of this order) where you get notification when your order is outside. It was really handy that they offer delivery for their plants. I would totally recommend this place, just for the customer service, tailored and streamlined help/ troubleshooting and they have a variety of plants and flowers in their shop (I don't think I've seem that many flowers in a shop before). It was a pleasure working with the Brazilian gentleman that processed this order and everyone else on the team.“

Highly recommend Angela & Gabriel's Flowers for the beautiful floral arrangements that absolutely blew us away.
