Bernardo at Teknician is a gem. In a era where everyone is racing through customer transactions, he is a breath of fresh air. I have worked with him for years for both business and personal computer repairs and upgrades. He knows his stuff and there is no BS when dealing with him. This guy is amazing. He successfully recovered my precious 500 gig data from my 7-yr old broken laptop. Not only that. He surprised me when he said he can repair and bring back my laptop to life, and he did! I'm certain the amount of time he spent is way more than what I paid for his service. This is simply the type of guy that needs our community support.
