My laptop stopped charging one day and I knew it wasn't due to physical damage. I went to a few places and they denied a warranty claim assuming it was a physical damage. However, here they checked whether or not there was physical damage (there wasn't) and replaced the entire motherboard under warranty without any cost on my part.
