I reached out to A-Power for some limited series PC parts I saw online and Gerard was an absolute pleasure to deal with. When the part wasn't available in store, he took the time to contact his suppliers and responded to my questions quickly and promptly. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave me some very helpful advice on my PC build order and what other parts I can look for. A-Power's great, they helped me when my CPU fan started giving me errors and wouldn't wind up properly (It's not the first time), even with my rig being super old (will be buying a new computer in the near future), they accommodated me without judging me and fixed the situation. My only real complaint is that I feel they could have turned my CPU fan to a lower speed so it won't be so noisy(My copy of Windows also apparently needed reactivation after they changed the fan settings in BIOS, which caused me some confusion for a bit), but they warned me that would be louder after that, so one less thing to freak out about, besides, I don't think it... read full review
