Yoga Grace
“Yoga grace has been a pillar of strength for me over these past years of recovering from PTSD and major depressive disorder by being a place of kindness and of unconditional positive regard.
I haven’t been able to make it in much but knowing I was always welcome made it easier for me come in with my service dog Takoda.
I am now out and about in my community and am taking more and more classes where we are building our strength and confidence.
Knowing this resource was there helped me change my attitude, using this resource now that I am at a point in my recovery that I can, has made me feel 1000% better about my self and about myself as service dog team welcome to participate in something so crucial to my mental wellness and physical well being.
Thank you so much Yoga Grace 💕 you make a difference ;”
