Offered quality and fast advice upon asking about a part to upgrade my laptop, even offered to show me the process do to it myself at home, very reliable and I recommend to anyone in need of computer assistance.

I contacted Sarita Computers about an upgrade for my laptop. I was worried about the potential downtime for the upgrade to be performed. They had my laptop in, upgraded all within a couple hours with no scheduled appointment. They had plenty of parts in stock, including the ones I needed. I will be going back to Sarita Computers for any computer needs in the future

Super great service! I tried calling Best Buy for help, but all I got was an automatic voice system. Within 2 minutes the man at Sarita had figured out the problem with my laptop charger AND he put in the effort to fix only the broken part, rather than up charging me for a whole new charger.Great service, thank you
