Looking to purchase 2 phones and a laptop but couldn’t locate a salesperson to assist me. Even asked at the counter but told to stand and wait but no assistant showed. Lost a $4,000 sale.

William was really helpful in telling me which product was best for me. Gave me really thorough advice. Knew his stuff and didn't pressure me to get things I didn't need, which is always appreciated.

It is a kind request that what you do not have in store or you do not know if third party is delivering it , don't show that to customers or let them know before showing please.
It was a hectic day for me, as they were showing something that was not even in the store, they don't know if it has any financing or when it can be delivered. So all that work and discussion for nothing. And also try to make a good understanding among the tech advisors that we can ask more than 1/2 questions, it's nothing to get frustrated or disappointed. It's your job , as like keeping patience was mine.
