Korey helped us with everything we needed from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional! He walked through the store with us, took the time to look into all the different products we were interested in, and made sure we had accurate, detailed information on all the specs before we made our decisions! Terrible costumer service. Waited looking for someone to come help me with a product. Was there for 15 minutes, no one came to help. Took advantage of click and collect, I was 1st in line and 0 minute wait time. Still no one came. Left the store for an hour, came back with my order still not retrieved. It was on their screen, the person I talked to said they didn't know anything about it - even tho it was on the screen behind them. Could have bought the product from the manufacturer online, it would have even cost me less.
Alright, so the store itself isn't in great shape and being in there during renovations is honestly a bit of a nightmare, but the staff here have more than earned the five stars for their attentive service under decidedly sub-optimal conditions. They are kind, patient, and take the time to actually ask questions and solve problems rather than giving stock answers that end the conversation quickly. The short time I spent listening to construction noise was difficult, I don't know how the staff are tolerating hours of it every day and still doing such a good job. Y'all are killing it. Extra stars all around ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
