Super helpful. Remote access process was super easy and quick for me and I'm not great with computers. Would not hesitate to use these guys again and would recommend them to anyone. I didn't even have to go into the facility or wait for an appointment so it was incredibly convenient.

These guys are absolute life savers! They recovered my 6TB hard drive which failed on me with over a year's worth of work on it. Great service and very reasonable prices! Thank you DDR2!

I bought a new 3060 from DDR2 in Sept 2021 for a very reasonable price, considering the market at the time. I have also brought a couple of different computer builds to these guys to help diagnose hardware issues, even leaving my PC with them at times, and they never charged me a dime. I encourage you to support this local business, even if their prices may be a bit higher than amazon, best buy, etc. Very good shop and helpful staff.
