Come on over if you are looking for overpriced, damaged Zara items! A ton of “brand names” items are kept behind the cashier & hugely overpriced. Wait in a super long line up as they are not adequately staffed. My 2 stars are for the fact that the store is clean

Just bought shoes today. Good price, way better than Value Village. Clean and well laid out. Cashier and donor staff very pleasant and helpful. Even has a clean staff washroom you can use if you need one.

Great staff, very friendly, but whomever is pricing needs to relax a little. One of the major points (I thought) of a Sally Anne is to provide goods for lower income status people as well…..second hand dresses are upwards of $20 - no brand name, nothing special - and very used items are astronomically priced.

It used to be a lot more reasonable, but recently it feels like price gouging.
