Corey and Cary gave exceptional service from start to finish, after we were let down by another local flooring store. They took the time to match our old flooring, and didn't try and convince us to replace what we had. The finished work looks gorgeous, and we will now be using them again for another room. Would highly recommend!
Corey from the Floor Store is exceptional! From the minute we walked in he was warm, and very welcoming. There was no salesman pressure vibes which we really appreciated. He was very thorough in going over all our options, came out same day to measure and quote us, and gave us endless install information. Just a really positive experience, I couldn’t recommend more!
We had new carpeting and luxury vinyl plank installed by The Floor Store and we were more than pleased with the whole process. The quote that we received from Corey was comprehensive, professional and very competitive. The installation crew, Jason, Paul and Justin were terrific to deal with. I highly recommend The Floor Store.
