We worked with The Floor Store for our new construction home—they did our hardwood, tile steam shower, heated floors, hearth and other flooring tile.Corey is excellent to work with; went over every detail of the project, ensured the quote captured every detail to ensure accuracy, worked with us to find materials that matched what we want within our price range.Mark and Warren are tile experts and I can't imagine working with anyone else on the project. I was looking looking for LVP flooring on a renovation project I was hired to complete in Qualicum Bay. I had never dealt with The Floor Store. I was very happy with the service and product I received right from start to finish. Pricing was competitive and product was very good quality. Brent went way over and above my expectations and did a fantastic at getting things organized for me. He also made a special trip to get some custom nosings made for me. I highly recommend the Floor Store in Parksville. I recently had new hardwood flooring and porcelain flooring installed in my strata unit. The installations were done exceptionally well. The staff were professional and courteous. Jeff, the owner, even delivered an extra box of flooring that I requested for any future needs.
