Renee our technician was extremely friendly upon introducing herself to us and explained very clearly her purpose on the appointment and our request for the maintenance and service of our furnace/heat-pump system. We found her very knowledgeable and professional. After her diagnostic review she explained in detail what she found and suggested that we replace the old furnace and heat-pump system as our existing system was busy collapsing. I’ve been in sales my entire live and appreciate it when confronted with sales people who respect me and treat me like family almost. He was honest, forthright, and no BS. Answered every question i had regarding A/C units and or heat pumps. I had full intentions of getting a quote from another competitor but came to the conclusion i had the right guy in front of me. We shook hands and his team went to work the very next day to complete our goal. Unfortunately there are only 5 stars, as i would have given him 10.

From when I was looking to put a split air conditioner in the company contacted me and set up an appointment the next day. Brenden was the sales representative who showed up and explained how the system worked and gave us an estimate. He made arrangements for the crew to come in the next couple days. James was the electrician and the first to show, to start the wiring. Kyle and his partner showed up and got to work right away. The installation crew knew what they were doing and worked very fast getting everything set up and installed faster than we expected. It didn’t take them that long before the main and splits were installed and working just after lunch.... read full review
