I found them through home depot and it's been a positive experience from the get go. They provided a very reasonable price for a heat pump. Scheduling was very accommodating as I needed the linesets to be put in at an earlier date. Everyone who came to do work was very professional, kind and not in a rush. I felt they spent extra time to do the job right. After the install, I felt like the cooling wasn't working optimally and they sent someone promptly to take a look and make improvments.

Communication was professional, and they took great care around our property while removing, and replacing all of our gutters and down spouts. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any exterior work.
I was in a bind at 12:30am on a Saturday night because my tenant had informed me there was a leak beneath my house and to call an emergency plumber. Might I say, it was miserable weather to boot, very cold, windy and rainy.I can't tell you how many "24/7" plumbers I called, noone would pick up. I finally reached Travis from Wicked Wrench Plumbing and he was at my property in no time. Was able to determine where the issue was (beneath the crawl space) and turn off the water line to ensure no further leakage. He then headed back the following morning and repaired the pipe, no more leaks! He provided reassurance and peace of mind throughout the entire process and was very friendly/personable.I highly recommend him as his prices are more than fair and has proved that he can respond quickly.PS. I do NOT recommend Milani as their prices were astronomical -- even if they were able to help me I would NOT have used them due to their price gouging.

We worked with Josh at Classic Kitchens & Design (Parksville) for our kitchen and two bathrooms design, we had a good feeling about Josh from the first time we met him. Josh is easy to work with very knowledgeable and presented ideas in the design stage that we hadn't considered. Josh was also very patient with us while we looked at various design options and between us we arrived at the best design for our requirements. Brad installed all our cabinets and did a great job, his attention to detail is second to none and the finished installation was perfect. Dan and his team are amazing. we had his company come in and paint our interior house from top to bottom. We left our keys in hand with the owner and went on vacation and 3 weeks later came home to the entire house completely done. We hired Mid Island Gutters to do new gutters, soffits and siding for our whole home. Gord Foley was responsive and kept us posted on material arrival and installation dates - the job was well done and reasonable. I reached out to him yesterday by text to tell him I thought there was a problem with two spots that were overflowing from the eaves troughs. He called and dropped by within 30 minutes. Turns out the downspouts were clogged - how embarrassing but so glad he was happy to come by and ensure we were all good!

We recently had kitchen cabinets made and installed by Current Millwork.Whitney, their designer and project coordinator, had some great ideas and was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive to my many questions and always friendly yet professional in her responses.The cabinets were beautifully constructed and were delivered/installed within the timeline we had agreed. The installers, Dave and Nick, did a great job with the install and they took extra time to make sure everything was installed well. We had an issue with one of the after market inserts but Whitney, Dave, Nick and the rest of the team came up with a replacement that was even better than the original. We had some trees and shrubs removed from our property and Andrew went above and beyond giving us a reasonable price we could afford doing an excellent job with everything cleaned up before he leaves. He is reliable, is eager to work and with 25 years experience made suggestions that we didn't really think of.

Great company :)Two gentlemen came on a Monday morning, on time, did a nice job, were well priced and honest. My mum thought she needed more work done and was told, no, she was in good shape. Plus, they vacuumed all the crud out of the gutters..... not like the last crew (different company) that pulled it out by hand and chucked it on the lawn for my parents to clean up.... they said the did clean up, but they left a mess. Crystal Clean is great.

I was nervous when I first went to her but she quickly relieved my fears by listening to what I wanted for a haircut.I've been going g to Pauline for about 14 years. Have had coloring, streaks and foils done as well as my 4 week haircut.I am continually getting compliments about my hair style and am very pleased with the journey we've taken together.Pauline also has a heart of gold, she sometimes go and picks up her customers. I'd recommend her and have already to anyone looking for a great haircut/ dye job.

Len at Looking Good is simply the best in the industry. From curly hair to straight, he knows his stuff, and you will lèave his chair looking fantastic and feeling wonderful and confident. How good is he? Well, I live in Montréal and go to Vancouver Island and see Len when I want my hair cut properly. I'd give six stars, but the Google system only allows 5. Simply the BEST place for hair!!!!

Find and repair leak in garage We called a specific plumbing company and the truck that responded was Roto Rooter The technician was efficient and found the source of the leak and repaired a pinpoint leak in an old pipe in the wall next to the water heater. We we very pleased with the service until we received the bill which was outrageously excessive for the time spent.
