We split the cost of the job with our neighbours. Emilio and his colleague Ian replaced a rotten wooden retaining wall and fence for us in November 2021. Overall price was within the initial quote so no nasty surprises! Emilio explained things well to us and our neighbours so we knew what the job would entail. He touched base every day with updates. Prompt, courteous and oh so clean and tidy...... Paid attention to detail and very patient with questions that would come up. Would not hesitate to recommend True North Landscaping to anyone or to use again.

We are extremely happy with the outstanding work by the Team at True North Landscaping. Emilio and Ted are incredibly patient and professional. They have excellent vision, which we appreciated when pulling additional ideas together for our back yard space. We highly recommend True North Landscaping. Their collaboration working with the District to meet all permit requirements (HUP, Electrical, & BLD) was exceptional.

We have a difficult neighbour who had planted a hedge and installed driveway pavers on our property. After repeated attempts to have them removed we hired Emilio to do the work. He was fantastic to work with. Very good natured, hard working and patient. He tolerated a lot of grumpy comments from our neighbour and despite it all even helped her by moving the hedge to a new location for her. He then installed a new pathway for us which looks great. I would hire him again in a heart beat.
