Ray from Mannix was fantastic! He was on time, thoroughly prepared, removed his shoes, explained everything to us and got our furnace up and running and did a complete inspection. All at a very reasonable cost. He also showed us how to programme our thermostat and provided some home maintenance tips to follow. A great experience, as usual. We called Mannix a couple of days ago just before Christmas and surprisingly they fit us in just after boxing day! Roy was our field technician who stopped by and fixed our fan motor very quickly and cleaned our furnace and hammock filter. All within an hour and the rate was very reasonable to have someone come out so quickly and so efficiently. I will definitely use Mannix again for our furnace and hot water tank maintenance!Service: Heating system maintenance

Like almost all the reviews here, i would highly recommend Mannix. In the space of 1 week, Ray repaired both my parents and our own furnace. In both cases, we were charged much less than what we had been quoted from other "reputable" N.Shore companies.Ray was polite and thorough, completing the job quickly. Not only that, he came in the evening, adding on to what i'm sure was a full day already. We will definitely use Mannix Heating in the future and i certainly suggest others do too!Service: Heating system repair

Licensed Qualified Gas Technician will also check for any potentially dangerous Gas & Carbon Monoxide leaks in the home. Most Fire Departments, Insurance Companies, and all Furnace Manufacturers recommend annual service. It’s important to know that Manufacturers are now requiring proof of regular servicing to keep your warranty valid. We don’t offer services for oil furnace.
