Everyone here is amazing. Rarely do I get the same vet in a row, but no need for favorites as all the staff are caring and honest. Very communicative about each necessary and optional step in diagnosing and treating my dogs. They're also upfront about the costs and potential risks. I've never felt pressured, and they've never done anything without my approval. I still take my dogs here even though I've moved from the North Shore to New Westminster.

We are so happy with our vet. We highly recommend it. They have done everything for our dogs. They are open 7 days a week which is so nice. Whenever I call them they tell me to come in right away and make room for me. They truely care about your pets. And are always there when you need them. Unlike other vets. We had dental surgery (emergency) for our small dog and they got him in the next day for the surgery and everything went very well. 100/100 recommend. The staff here are so nice. Michaela is the sweetest as well.

Michaela is extremely kind and passionate about animals. She was able to make me feel comfortable and trusting in bringing my dog for the first time to get checked on. I can’t imagine dealing with anyone else. Please ask for her when you come!!!!
