Staff are great and give you all the information you need to make an informed decision about your pet. I don't feel pressured to pay for unnecessary tests or treatments and they always give me options on how to proceed with any issues that come up.

Our dog Mika is a Shiba Inu—a breed which is well-known to be stubborn and difficult, especially when it comes to being handled! We'd had very bad experiences at other vets (which were not fear-free). These visits left Mika extremely fearful and suspicious of vets and veterinary clinics.After having one too many stressful vet visits, we decided it was time to switch vets and find one that was fear-free. By far the best experience I have ever had with a veterinary team, Fantastic and caring people, All staff were wonderful and special thanks to front desk staff ,vet support team and to Dr Sireni for his detailed explanation about the treatment for my dog and thanks for caring and making her well. I highly recommend them!
