The staff took the time to help the dog become comfortable with the clinic through "happy visits," and the veterinarian, Dr. Lepitre, was gentle and patient during the examination. The customer was also impressed by Dr. Lepitre's recommendation to first focus on establishing a toothbrushing routine before proceeding with a dental cleaning, demonstrating the clinic's commitment to the pet's well-being.
