During the last 7 years Kennedy Construction has built a new house in West Vancouver for our daughter and her husband, and is continuing to provide their expertise to ensure that everyone is happy with the completed work.
Kennedy Construction responded immediately to our request for help when we had a problem with a large skylight at our home.
Just recently, we engaged Kennedy Construction to renovated two bathrooms in our home. That renovation has just been completed and every aspect of the project has exceeded our expectations.
We have been impressed with the professionalism and workmanship demonstrated by Kennedy Construction people as well as the subtrades they chose.

We recently worked with Kennedy Construction on a basement renovation following an unexpected and significant flood, and the experience exceeded our expectations.

From day one, the team was responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping us through a stressful situation. This was our 1st home renovation including a full kitchen and floors on the main level.
