We recently had Dr. Kam perform a condo inspection, and I must say, his professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. He was thorough in his work and explained everything clearly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free for us as first-time homebuyers.

Kam inspected our place for the new buyers when we sold. We were so impressed with his thoroughness as he methodically tested and reviewed our home that we called him when we offered on our new place. We will go back to him if we ever purchase again.
