Angelo was an excellent inspector and very detailed. He highlights all items that we should be aware off whether big or small and provided a very detailed report. His walk around was also great and he took the time to answer all our questions. I would definitely recommend him.
Angelo did a thorough inspection, provided very detailed report with hundreds of pictures with markups to support his findings. You will know a lot more about the property after walk through with Angelo.
We were very pleased with Angelo's punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail. During the walkthrough, he answered all of the questions we had about our aging condo, all the way from plumbing to thermostats to touching up our walls and balcony. He even gave advice on navigating strata negotiations and other tidbits drawn from his years of experience working in this industry. Angelo also made an effort to accommodate our schedule when it turned out we were accidentally double booked on his system. Highly recommend!
