I highly recommend Angelo Agaloy, he has years of experience in the construction industry. He spent a lot of time inspecting, and explaining all the deficiencies in the homes, even ones that most people didn't see unless they had experience working in trades. He also have experience dealing with developers that had major deficiencies, and advise how to deal with these major damages. I really like that he was honest on sharing all the major deficiencies he saw, and was able to predict the major damages that a building will face in years to come. Angelo is very professional and well manage of his time to detail not just the deficiency he sees but also detail on which area require monitoring or need experts to attend. Beside a verbal walk through, he also provides a well structured report with photo attached. Angelo is friendly and will not shy away to question the seller on buyer's behalf.
