We enlisted Ken Mayo, as he had done a previous inspection for us, and we had been very pleased with the thoroughness. When the time came for us to bid on a new property, we wanted to ensure we knew what we were getting into. Ken took the time to carefully consider a variety of significant concerns that arose on the property. These were not nitpicky items, rather significant potential structural issues that would have cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars had we walked in blind.
