Excellent yard care, service and communication. I particularly appreciate receiving an email notice immediately after they visit our property that itemizes what they did. I am also grateful for the summer grub gone application to manage our chafer beetle problem and save what was a ravaged lawn. Highly recommended!

Great company. Customer Service is very good. Answer e mails promptly. Always send you a reminder as to when they will be arriving and what service they will be doing. Highly recommend.

I've am SO impressed with BUR-HAN. I've tried other lawn companies in the past in the lower mainland (e.g. Nutrilawn) where after they sign you up for a program and take your money, they no longer care about you. Nutrilawn does not offer good customer service (will not respond to emails) and have a terrible product (lawn reseeding was a weird wild flowering type of grass).BUR-HAN is the opposite service of that. After signing up for programs, Frances is prompt with her emails and always helpful. She makes sure that you are choosing the right program and not selecting unnecessary items which would add cost. BUR-HAN® Garden Care and Lawn Care is a complete residential lawn care, mowing, gardening, landscaping, and commercial grounds-maintenance company established in 1995. The name “BUR-HAN” comes from the last names of the two owners: Tim Bourke and Robert Hannah. Tim and Robert worked together at an engineering firm before deciding to start their own business.
