“Just saw my gp yesterday and my blood pressure was down 10 points. I have been attending yoga regularly 3 - 4 x week at Tula since April (now October 2023)and this is a huge improvement. FYI I am now 110/70! I am 70 years old with arthritis and ongoing post cancer medications that along with age compromise my body. I am now more flexible and am calmer from the breathing and meditative components. The instructors are interested in knowing your physical limitations so that they can adapt the exercises to you. There are other classes and packages suitable for the young fit and working folks. This is working for me!“

I've been attending this clinic from north cowichan for the last 4 years and never have I had any problems with the front end staff regarding the treatment I was sent here for. If your practioner referred you to them, then they must consider them a worthy clinic. Would they not need to ask questions on your condition to properly treat you? It's not so much about compassion, it's about making sure you are properly treated. That's my opinion and I'm entitled to it.“
