Emma really listened to my needs and gave me an effective yet relaxing treatment. She seems knowledgeable and caring. I left feeling much better than I did when I came in and I will definitely re-book!

I felt my RMT was respectful and professional in her treatment. My only complaint was that there isn't any continuity in rebooking; being on a wait list isn't very helpful for me.
