Chrystal is an amazing rmt and coach as she has helped me through a couple rough surgeries. She helped me out with a diet that helped speed up my recovery as well as strengthening my body as it healed through the recovery after surgery and massaged me so the recovery was a faster time as I needed to get back to running my buisness
