My blomberg dryer's heating element was broken. I came here in the hope I can buy the part. Vins wass very friendly and pointed me to another location "Pacific Specialty" to buy the heating element. He also told me a secret: DO NOT use the washer while the dryer is running as the vibration will probably crack the heating element. Thank you Vins!

I had purchased a washer and dryer from Vinod. At first I was a little skeptical from all the reviews but decided to give it a shot. The dryer works great but I was having issues with the washing machine. Vinod replaced the washer during the holiday season. Happy with the results and attentiveness.
