“This gym is wonderful, they are so accommodating, I was sick for a bit and they froze my membership for me ... no other gym has done that for me. The staff are so friendly, I am a person when I am in there not just a number, the staff know everyone by name. The classes and instructors are top notch. This is a one stop all inclusive facility, there is everything from classes, equipment, personal training, physiotherapy, massage, orthotics, a Spa, infrared sauna. I enjoy going to workout.”
