**edit** It is not always the experience that makes you go back, but how they handle the issue. Chatters reached out to me in a very compassionate way. They made me feel heard. I will return and try again. Kudos to the Chatters head office team.Had an early afternoon appointment with Jess F on April 30th. I was having scheduling issues with my regular hairdresser and really needed a good trim off my shoulder blade length hair. Was looking for a new stylist that better fits my schedule.
