They are fast, friendly front staff, with a reasonable rate and lots of experience mechanics. They fixed a rattling centre pipe/muffler quickly, and were very pleasant. Budget's information was right, and Budget was cheaper. They diagnosed problems and fixed them right away on short notice. They are honest and did an excellent job.
I had an unexpected oil leak, and when I realized my car had run out of oil, I called Budget Brake and Muffler in a bit of a panic. Even though I was originally booked for the next day they took the time to tell me exactly what oil to use to safely top itup and me to bring it in as soon as I could.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They called me shortly after I dropped the car off, found the issue, and had it repaired quickly.
Really appreciated their honesty, great communication and willingness to fit me in when it turned into something more urgent.
Highly recommend!
Just a girl; with an ‘07 Rav which the entire tailpipe & resonator fell off of.. Tyler and his staff were very patient and kind! I was provided efficient, affordable and professional service. Authentic humanity goes a long way in 2026!!
We are so glad we found this repair shop. We had gotten a quote for our brakes that seemed ridiculously high so we called here for another quote and it was half price. In the end, it was less than half price because they assessed the car and decided less work was necessary than the other place. Everyone was professional and we appreciated the itemized receipt. Very transparent in their work and billing.
