The day I brought my car in for an exhaust pipe repair the computer server was experiencing trouble (an unusual occurrence I was assured) so there was a delay in my job being started. In the end the team decided to accomplish the fix without the aid of the computer system and once they got on my job it was finished in good time. I was given a handwritten receipt - then sent a computer generated one a few hours later - once the system was up and running. All good!

Dennis and staff at Budget were great. I had some extensive work done to my vehicle that took longer than expected but they offered a loaner vehicle if I needed it, so happy to have my truck back in tip top shape. Definitely recommend!

I called in expecting to make an appointment for down the road some time...he asked if I could bring it in in two hours.I got a call less than half an hour later with a reasonable quote and a pick up time of two hours after I dropped it off...Four hours from inquiry, the only sound coming out of my van that will annoy my neighbours is my music!I'm stunned and so thankful to the team for getting that annoying task checked off my to-do list so quickly!Keep up the good work!
