My review is for the service guys, they did a great job, found the problems and fixed them, and answered all my questions. I forget the mechanics name, he drove a sprinter van himself, and is an absolute pro.

I wanted to write about my experience with Nanaimo Mercedes BenzI found a jeep wrangler with all the items I was looking for they had n the lot. Had been looking for over a month. Had reached out to Cole in sales several times. After a few emails I took a drive to Nanaimo from Vancouver to have a Look and get in a test drive.Several emails later we agreed on a price and I came to pick up my jeep wrangler.The moment I got there it was smooth sailingFrom sales to financing then insurance. Jeep wash polished and waiting at the door. It was all buttoned up and I was on my way 1.5 hours later. They even picked me and my dog up from the ferry ! 10/10 would recommend Mercedes-Benz Nanaimo. They made the experience of buying a new vehicle a breeze. My sales associate Cole Sleeman was great - very knowledgeable and kind. He has made sure to follow up after the purchase to see how I was liking the new vehicle and has made it clear I can reach out anytime if I need anything. Great dealership, overall so happy.
