Update: went in to pay for my diagnostic done on the vehicle, and brought the receipt from my cab ride since I decided not to book the cab through BMW after being stood up 3 times by them. They then refused to reimburse me for my cab ride there because I did not book through them, I made it clear that I was screwed over multiple times which is why I didn't book through them and they still did not honour the receipt. Awful customer service.
