Great team working at this location (3575 Shenton Road, Nanaimo BC) I came in for a 8 am appointment , car was diagnosed/ applicable exhaust parts replaced and out the door by 915am. Car sounds quiet again. 5 STAR Service . Recommended to anyone wanting excellent workmanship and service at a fair price.
Don't go to Midas , they tried to over charge me on parts that didnt need replacing a few years ago on and this Budget location saved me when I got a second estimate from them. I went back to Midas and the manager actually admitted they made a mistake and the part did not require replacement.

Amazing, quick, affordable, quality service. These guys really care and pride themselves in doing an amazing job. They’ve got a really great team there. I am usually hesitant of going to chain companies for mechanics but this place is definitely an exception to that rule. Go here!!!!
I’ve had my 2009 Hyundai repaired at Budget multiple times now. I’m very pleased with the service here, although I know nothing about cars I always feel confident leaving my vehicle in their care. And it’s helpful when all of the staff at the front desk are very kind and chatty.
