We were on the side of the road with two flat tires (with two small kids in tow), and when we called Kal Tire we spoke with Jordan. We got our vehicle towed there and was met with the best customer service ever!!! They were so generous with their time and efforts for our family! They showed us exactly what happened and why. Jordan was so thorough with us it was unbelievable. All of the staff were outstanding! They got us in and out so quickly!!! HIGHLY recommend going to Kal Tire---amazing service and such kind people!Thank you so much for helping us in a stressful time of need.

We had flat on the way to Kelowna. It was pretty bad and we had our young child with us. Jordan Pinto made us a priority and got us set up and back on the road as soon as possible. Total pro. Great service. I can’t recommend these guys enough.Not all heros wear capes, some wear KalTire coveralls. Thanks Jordan.

After breaking down in the bush and being stuck for three days, with three flat tires, and two small children, and in absolute panic, I rolled into cache creek, looking for help.The store was booked and busy, but Darryl saw the situation.
