We have recently upgraded our outdated furnace with a new, energy-efficient Trane model. The team, consisting of estimator Josh and technicians Brayden and Joe, exceeded our expectations. Josh was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the products in detail, ensuring we made an informed decision. The technicians Brayden and Joe were also highly skilled and efficient in their work. Fantastic dealing with this company. Honest, straight to the point.
Our heater stopped working on the weekend, and they tried their best to even troubleshoot over the phone to fix the issue. Even though we couldn’t over the phone, an appointment was booked first thing for Monday.
I was impressed with professionalism and the job was explained and completed swiftly.

Eddie and Luke came on time, were polite, efficient and knew what they were doing, they explained to me about what to watch for and how to care for the hot water tank, and they did a clean job. Very satisfied with it.
