We have recently upgraded our outdated furnace with a new, energy-efficient Trane model. The team, consisting of estimator Josh and technicians Brayden and Joe, exceeded our expectations. Josh was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the products in detail, ensuring we made an informed decision. Louie from Direct Buy Furnace arrived on time as scheduled. Introduced himself and his partner and looked at the proposed installation and mentioned that it was going to be complicated and suggested a different install which worked out better. Louie and his crew and the electrician did a great job and finished everything without a mess. Waiting for some hot weather to try out the system !!

We were immensely pleased with the service we received from DirectBuy Furnace. Dennis helped us find the best solution for a furnace to provide hot water and heat for our home at a reasonable price. He was flexible and adapted to our needs, and did not try to sell us anything. The staff, including Dennis, Sue, Terry, Nick, and Shaheen, were very knowledgeable and professional.
