We have recently upgraded our outdated furnace with a new, energy-efficient Trane model. The team, consisting of estimator Josh and technicians Brayden and Joe, exceeded our expectations. Josh was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the products in detail, ensuring we made an informed decision. The technicians Brayden and Joe were also highly skilled and efficient in their work. I had the hot water tank in my condo replaced. Wade and his colleague arrived within the arranged time window. The work was done efficiently, and they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend their service. Thank you!
The service itself was excellent- Nick was knowledgeable, responded quickly to concerns and queries and looked for alternative ways to solve the ongoing problems with our Trane unit including bring other company representatives to review the situation. Unfortunately, we had challenges with the unit itself which was an anomaly as we know others who have the same product without issue. The condenser has now thankfully been replaced after a couple of years of frustration.
