Hillary - really good told her not to do certain things to my standard poodle but turns out I don’t have a clue and she actually does know what she’s doing - highly recommend her professional work. She was kind loving and trustworthy. You don’t even need to tells her what to do she will do what’s best for your pet. I will be going back to her as the final result was worth the money. I have been to other places and you would think pet smart would be bad but it’s not. Highly recommended- Hillary the poodle standard.

All the staff in this grooming salon and store are a delight. Tonight I brought my dog for a pawdicure with Mackenzie who did an amazing job with him and even though was able to dremel his nails. Katie(?) I think checked us in and was sweet as sugar and very helpful. We chatted with another with purple hair who was funny, kind and considerate of my dog. Overall it was an awesome experience.

Brought our girl in for a walk-in nail trim at their grooming salon for the first time. Friendly staff who all seemed to have a great raport with the pets (they all sounded like regulars which is a good sign!). Our girl did great and after the initial shock wore off, she realized there were other friends there and she wanted to go back lol. The price CANNOT be beat! For $16 I'll gladly bring her in once a month and let the pros do their thing! Also happy to hear them validate rabies vax with the owners (make sure you're up to date and bring in proof, otherwise get ready to call your vet and get them on speakerphone! No joke!
