I had such a great experience with Taylor F today! My dog, Fendi, gets pretty anxious during grooming appointments, but Taylor was so patient, kind, and gentle with him. She made him feel comfortable, and he ended up doing so well, which was such a relief. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. Fendi came home looking amazing, and I'll definitely be booking with Taylor again. Highly recommend her! ❤
Can't figure out how to put in a complaint. Minor, but frustrating. The last 3-4 times I've been here to buy the scented pretty litter, the shelves are empty of it, but full of the unscented. Silly, yeah sure, but why is there not more stock of the more popular product. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Great pet store and th3 staff is super helpful and courteous. They helped me and my wife with so many recommendations and took the time to explain everything in detail since it was our first time getting a fish tank and our beautiful Betta fish 🐟. Thank you so much 💓
