If u go to the vet come here for a second opinion first before u give someone in a lab coat who’s sponsored by royal canin or science diet all ur money. they got that unbiased unsponsored real non scam knowledge . Use the self wash station for my big boy. It's the best price and always no line up when I go on weekends.The staff is a great group of people and they have a cute house cat to visit when you go in

We are new puppy owners so we have been to a lot of pet stores recently and this location has been the only store to have staff greet us and go out of their way to help us get prepared for welcoming our new puppy into our home. They have a new pet owner booklet with coupons that they gave us for free (Petsmart charges $19.99!) to help us get on our way. The only reason for 4 stars is that some of their items are priced fairly high when compared to other stores (dog food and pet beds for example). Great customer service and great selection of items!
