Good selection, the staff was friendly .
My son and I come in to wash our dogs at the Willoughby location often. All of the staff are so helpful and friendly and always engage with my son while I wash the dogs. Kim is absolutely lovely. My son really looks forward to joining me to wash the dogs and it's because of how sweet she is to him. They always spoil my dogs as well.
Great new location for Bosley's. Soft opening with today, Friday May 8th. Grand opening is tomorrow Saturday May 9th. I'm looking forward to becoming a regular here.
For a soft-opened store, despite the fact that they still had inventory on the floor, they had great stock already. All the employees were friendly, the layout of the store is great, and it's a big retail space.
