Welcoming staff ( I think her name was Paris ) and the doctor was very nice and knowledgeable - took their time to explain everything
Mitzie was fantastic helping me pick out new glasses and my pre- eye exam testing. I found the whole experience extremely efficient. Mitzie took time to explain different deals and I’m looking forward to my new glasses. Dr. Daudharia was also very helpful in understanding the changes I was seeing in my eyesight and how my prescription has changed.
I got a great deal at Christmas for 2 pairs of glasses at Specsavers Orchard Mall. After I pick them up, I brought them back 5 or 6 times getting them adjusted thinking that the prescription was maybe in the wrong spot and sitting too low and if I got the arms or nose adjusted, things wouldn’t be fuzzy. Also, it was a progressive so maybe I thought that had something to do with it but everything was a still fuzzy even with all the adjustments of the frame.
Chris their optometrist couldn’t understand why I was having such trouble seeing through the lenses of my new glasses.
