“been coming to plan b for over 10 years with only positive experiences so it’s time i leave a review!
specifically for dana, master stylist - i came to her about 6 months ago with a problem. i got money pieces in front of my face from another stylist at a different salon and it was done really badly, i went back to the original stylist to correct it but it wasn’t fixed sufficiently and i ended up paying more … so i decided to go to plan b where ive had nothing but great experiences! i chose a master stylist with a lot of experience because i wanted the best possible direction, and i chose right!! dana was honest in telling me we cannot lighten this anymore without potentially worsening whats already ruined (im paraphrasing, she was a lot nicer about it lol!) i trusted her judgement and let her do what she think would be best in the long run. she did lowlights with demi permanent colour , which darkened my hair more than its ever been before. i was a little nervous after leaving but i trusted the process. as the summer came and went, it was like magic seeing my hair slowly overtime revert / transcend into what i wanted it to be - simply lighter pieces in front and scattered around (highlights) and non-butchered money pieces. i’m so happy with my hair today! i can’t believe it was so dark but is now exactly how i wanted it to be based on my description/pics to dana. my hair was sooo bad before i was in a depressive slump for months over it. so you saved my year! Thank you so much!!”
