Thankfully, my best friend Stacey recommended this salon and assured me I would be in great hands. I’m very nervous about getting my hair done anywhere else than where I normally get it. But Stacey was absolutely right.
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the salon's spotless environment, warm atmosphere, and genuinely friendly staff. It's easy to see why they have earned industry recognition and awards.
My stylist, Tracy, was exceptional. Professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly talented, she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The cut and highlights she created suit me perfectly, complementing my face shape while giving me a style that is both flattering and easy to maintain. She delivered exactly what I had hoped for—and exceeded my expectations.
Finding a stylist who combines technical skill with an eye for personalized design is rare, and Tracy does it effortlessly. When I'm back in Kelowna, this will be where I get my hair styled!“
