I wasn't sure what to expect as this was my first time... I don't know why I waited so long.The experience was soooooo relaxing, and the effects where felt for days. I am calmer, happier and at peace. The centre was clean and staff super friendly. The shower temperature and water of the pod was just right. You get your own room with everything you need. You can customize the pod to fit your needs.The price is really good for to total benefit of a float.If you have been thinking of going, do yourself a favor and just go!

I have stage 3 and 4 osteoarthritis resulting in chronic knee and back pains. After my first float today, I was able to walk without noticing any knee or back pains which will usually be present after rest or within a few minutes of standing or movement. My partner managed to fall asleep but I did not. It was very relaxing. The owner Navi was very professional and was very accommodating. I did the 90 minute float, it's a good amount to just shut your mind from the outside world, be in a capsule of nothingness and just mentally withdraw with no worries.
