About Global Fitness & Racquet Centre
Global Fitness & Racquet Centre offers a large area with a variety of amenities. The gym has a great selection of equipment, a fun spin class, and a beautiful yoga area. The staff are generally friendly, with some exceptions at the front desk. Many members feel welcomed and appreciated, especially by staff members who go above and beyond, such as one staff member who stayed after hours to help a member retrieve their belongings. The gym is highly rated for its spaciousness, solid pricing, and helpful staff. The yoga classes are fantastic, with instructors like Kate and Darcia offering popular classes such as hatha and rope yoga. Overall, it is a great gym that many recommend checking out.
You will never find a gym that has more to offer than this one. The staff and trainers are incredible, the variety of fitness classes, the yoga studio is beautiful, the spin studio very well outfitted, not to mention squash, tennis and pickleball. Glad that the redevelopment of this area will not be happening for quite a while - we have been members for over 15 years!

I love that there is a gym class going on anytime I need it. Just knowing that there are 6 AM classes well sometimes get me out of bed nice and get my day started. Sometimes it is the reason I get up! I have had a gym membership at Global for over 20 years. You know it has to be a great place to keep people coming here for that long. Staff Her so friendly and welcoming, and the instructors really know their stuff. Global truly hires the best! I love the extra amenities that the gym offers like the sauna in the ladies change room.
