“My car broke down and i had it towed to the shop. A fuel injector had failed and therefore fuel flooded in the engine and i needed to replace spark plugs, the fuel injector, and a few other parts. Evan was amazing with communication and diagnosed and gave me an estimate on cost for the fix as soon as he could. Money has been tight for me so i asked if i would be able to bring in my own parts and told them that i wasn’t really prepared to pay for that kind of fix right now. Even discounted the cost as much as he possibly could, they discounted many hours of labour and didn’t charge me for parts because i brought my own in from Lordco. I needed my car by the end of the day for a trip i had planned and so Daniel, the tech, worked almost an hour past close to get my car in order. It still wasn’t finished so Evan leant me a courtesy car from the shop and let me take it out of town for a night while they still worked on my car. The next day they let me know the real problem actually was due to about 30% of my fuel in the tank was water, a problem i have no idea how difficult it would have been to even diagnose. Many more hours were worked on my car to pump the water out and eventually got the car back running . I got back from town after the shop closed so they let me collect my car and leave the courtesy car and i paid via e transfer so i could have it back to return to my home in kamloops that evening. Overall, i have been absolutely stunned with the service and hospitality of both Evan and Daniel at Car Craft. This team did everything they could to help me save where i could on my bill, they stayed in constant communication with me and made arrangements wherever they could to make the situation as convenient as possible.
