It’s so refreshing to find an auto repair place where the employees are highly courteous, honest and direct. I was previously told by Fountain Tire to replace my rear brakes soon, as they were apparently down to 20%, so when I brought my car in to Paragon, they brought me into the garage to directly show me with a gauge the exact measurement: the brakes were still at 50%. They could have easily gone ahead and replaced the brakes without any comment, but their honesty has made me a customer for life. Highly recommended.

If you're in Kelowna be it as a resident, visitor or passing through and need some vehicle work needed, this is the place to go. Drew and team are amazing and will treat you like you're family. I was visiting in town and need my car for my income and had an emergency situation. They squeezed me in asap and took care of me at a price I know I couldn't have found anywhere else. These guys are fantastic mechanics and amazing human beings.Thanks once again so much.

Stopped because the front end somewhere in the wheel area was making abnormal noise. Dave knew I was a long way from home so gave me a loaner, and got it checked out. Excellent service above and beyond and likely won't find this kind of caring anywhere else .. especially since it's winter tire change season!! Thanks so much to the staff at Paragon! I will be getting it fixed the very next workday ..and it's not a small job!
