My car broke down and i had it towed to the shop. A fuel injector had failed and therefore fuel flooded in the engine and i needed to replace spark plugs, the fuel injector, and a few other parts. Evan was amazing with communication and diagnosed and gave me an estimate on cost for the fix as soon as he could. Money has been tight for me so i asked if i would be able to bring in my own parts and told them that i wasn’t really prepared to pay for that kind of fix right now. Even discounted the cost as much as he possibly could, they discounted many hours of labour and didn’t charge me for parts because i brought my own in from Lordco. We travelled to Kelowna and windshield wiper stopped working on our way here. We found this car shop, and they managed to find the root cause and fix our issue to get us back on the road. Staff and technician are super responsive and knowledgeable, thank you guys so much!
