Jeff is a very honest, reliable man. I brought my 2008 Ford focus here that was on its last legs. Poor Jeff had to spend hours smashing on her to get a part loose due to the build up of rust; he stayed overtime and beat his hands up, yet still charged me a very fair price.
I was nervous to move to the coast and find a new mechanic because I know how shady they can be. I'm very grateful to have found Jeff quickly and will be bringing my new to me 2023 Subaru WRX to him in the future.

Sage is a miracle worker!
My hair was a hot mess - years of at home colouring had left it damaged, banded and brassy. Sage was judgement-free, communicative, realistic, and made the whole colour-correction experience so lovely. My hair feels and looks so much healthier, the K18 is worth it and Sage is so talented.

Rob and crew re-roofed our home several years ago. Crew was friendly and efficient and we are happy with the results. I needed some advise on how I would determine if I had a certain species of pest in my house. He stayed on the phone for over half and hour and guided me through the discovery process. Luckily, we determined there was no need at this point for him to come and exterminate. He was knowledgeable, empathetic, and very kind. Huge shoutout to the staff at Gibsons Veterinary Hospital. We found ourselves in a tough spot while traveling when our cats became motion sick. We needed a script filled for anti-nausea medication for a trip back home to Vancouver Island and this was the only clinic on the Sunshine Coast that was willing to help us. They coordinated with our vet in the Comox Valley and got us exactly what we needed. Thank you for being so compassionate and for being the 'Yes' we needed when others said ‘no’.
