First response, handled the reconstruction of my late father's home, it was a difficult, lengthy job, but in the end, the house turned out beautifully. Every aspect, issue was handled with great professionalism. After our roof and part of a fence being damaged by a wind storm our insurance company put us in touch with First Response. From the beginning to the end of the process (about 3 months) Ben and the team provided exceptional service. I would have to say the best service I’ve encountered for quite some time. Our roof has been replaced and the fence fixed to our complete satisfaction by reliable, professional tradespeople recommended and organized by Ben. We did not have to do anything, other than choose the colour of our new shingles. Ben was proactive throughout.
